The day includes 4 separate parts:
- A private course on winemaking in a small dedicated room, accompanied by an introduction to wine tasting
- A gourmet lunch in a great restaurant we have chosen on your behalf
- A special tour and tasting at one of the most prestigious classified great growths of Saint-Emilion
- A fabulous tasting of old vintages of the greatest wines of Bordeaux
