From the origins of Saint-Emilion to the present day, a guided tour led by David Souny (historian & archaeologist) in the company of winegrowers. The tour begins at Château Yon Figeac, where you will discover the richness and diversity of the terroirs. Then we'll wander through the vineyards to Château Franc Mayne for an exceptional underground tour of the underground quarries. After a stop at Château Laroze, we'll finish with a guided tasting on the impact of the soils on the wines of the three Grands Crus Classés.
