The five guest rooms, each with a private bathroom, are chic French apartment meets Mondrian meets Bordelaise countryside. On the land outside, grapes are grown and pressed into a wine with a predominant minerality and a peppery nose, packed with berries, spices and licorice. Each room represents a single flavor note of the wine, meaning guests can settle into the soothing blue menthol suite, with glossy, futuristic lighting, spend time in the sunny cardamom suite, or feel electric in the pretty-in-pink raspberry room. All the rooms have gorgeous tall windows and molding, giving total castle vibes while feeling playful and chic.
