General terms and conditions :

Reservation required in advance.

Minimum group capacity: 10 people.

Maximum capacity: on request.

As soon as we receive your request, we will send you a proposal.

We can tailor the offers in this brochure to your time constraints and requirements.

Once the proposal has been accepted, a booking contract will be sent to you.

The booking is confirmed on receipt of the signed contract and any options.

A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required on signing the contract. The balance is payable on the day of the service or on receipt of the invoice.

This rate per person include : the rental of the room, the meal (according to the formula).

This rate does not include: transportation (on request) and personal expenses.
