You are welcomed by your guide at the Tourist Office of Saint-Émilion.
10:30 am – The vineyards of Saint-Émilion, a World Heritage Site
This tour enables visitors to discover the outstandingly beautiful vine-covered Saint-Émilion countryside. The Jurisdiction of Saint-Émilion was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in December 1999 in honour of its historic vineyard landscape. While you admire the scenery from a coach, your guide will explain the features of Saint-Émilion wine, its history, its châteaux and the expertise of its winegrowers. The tour includes a visit to an estate where you will meet a winegrower. You will be able to taste the wine there as well !
12:00 am – Visit and lunch with the winemaker in a wine estate
Departure for a family estate in Saint-Emilion. The winegrower welcomes you and shows you around his estate : vines, cellar, vat room. In his company, discover the different stages in the making of Saint-Emilion wine. Then share a lunch with him and discover 3 wines from the estate. We offer several options for lunch, depending on your wishes : a picnic, the winegrower's snack, the local lunch, the entrecôte party.
3:00 pm – Saint-Émilion city tour
Follow your guide through several centuries of history! From the village's foundation in the 8th century to the French Revolution in 1789 through the period of English domination:Discover the rich past of Saint-Émilion through its main monuments. Traditional streets, cloisters, city gate, fortifications and underground monuments have so much to tell you. Without forgetting a viewpoint to admire the beautiful sleeping city.
4:30 pm – End of the guided program for day one and free time in the city

You are welcomed by your guide in Saint-Emilion or Bordeaux.
9:30 pm – Departure from Saint-Émilion to Bordeaux
Departure to Bordeaux, around 40 kilometres away. On the way, the guide will present Bordeaux, and its inscription as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its urban architecture.
Once arrived – Bordeaux city tour
In the heart of old Bordeaux, discover the city’s built heritage. Presentation of the historical building fronts (including the Grand Theatre, the "place de la Comédie", "place de la Bourse", "place du Palais", "place du Parlement"…). You may even get the chance to enter and discover the buildings interior…
This tour lasts 2 hours (partly by coach, partly on foot).
12:30 pm – Lunch in a restaurant in Bassin à flot area in Bordeaux
Including starter, main course, dessert, coffee and wine.
2.30 pm : visit to the Bassins des Lumières
In Bordeaux’s former submarine base, Culturespaces created a digital art center in 2020. The Bassins des Lumières, which are the largest digital arts centre in the world, presents monumental immersive digital exhibitions, dedicated to major artists in the history of art and to contemporary art.
3.00 pm – End of day 2

8:30 am – Departure to Arcachon
10:00 am – Cruise with an oyster tasting and lunch in restaurant
Departure from Arcachon in a private boat. Enjoy a cruise with the explanation of a sailor. Discovery of the Arcachon Bay: the "bird island", the huts, oysters parks.
During the cruise, stop in the charming village of Canon to an oyster tasting and lunch in a restaurant in Cap Ferret including starter, main course, dessert, coffee and wine. Continuation of the cruise to go back to Arcachon.
4:00 pm - Visit of Arcachon by train
From the «winter town» to the Péreire beach, a 50 minutes tour to discover the architectural heritage, one of the most beautiful views over the Bay
4:50 pm - End of our program
-Your coach is used for various trips to Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux and Arcachon (estimated mileage: 200 excluding trips from the hotel).

Booking must be made in advance, the tours are available all year long (except from December 24th to January 3rd).
The schedule can change on request.
Minimum capacity: 35 people.
Maximum capacity: 48 people, beyond 48 contact us.

This program can only be made with a guide of the Tourist Office.
The fee per person (without guide) includes: the visit, admission fees to the monuments, tasting fees, lunches (incluing wine and coffee). Contact us for the menu options.
The fee does not include: transportation (on request), diner, accomodation and personal expenses.
The guide fees are per guide and for one group of a maximum 48 people. These include the guide service for the whole program as mentioned.
Different possible options : Accomodation, visit of "La Cité du Vin" in Bordeaux, a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé wine estate... (the exact cost can be confirmed on request).
