10:00 am - City tour: Saint-Emilion and its underground monuments
Explore the history of the town of Saint-Émilion in 1 hour and 30 minutes with your guide. Discover the key stages of its development, from its origins to the present day, including a viewpoint and underground monuments such as the hermitage, the Trinity Chapel, the catacombs, and the monolithic church.
12:30 pm - Lunch at a restaurant (in Saint-Émilion or nearby)
Local cuisine and regional wine for a convivial lunch.
3:00 pm - Tour of the vineyards and visit of Château d'Abzac
Discover the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, during a one-hour bus tour. Your guide will tell you all about the characteristics, history and châteaux of the region.
You will visit Château d'Abzac, a family property for over two centuries, located near the vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. This classified building complex has a rich wine-growing and industrial history dating back to the Middle Ages. Enjoy a tasting of the estate's wines in the company of Monsieur the Baron d'Anglade or his team, for a unique experience.
