IN THE SHOES OF AN OENOLOGIST AT CHÂTEAU LA GRANDE CLOTTE
Before the workshop begins, we'll take you on a tour of the estate's facilities, where you'll learn all about the essential aspects of a winemaker's job: the different appellations, terroirs, viticultural work and vinification.
Then the serious stuff starts: you'll discover the basics of wine tasting and the different aromas thanks to the "wine nose".
And that's it! You're ready to blend your own wine, the one that suits you best, by testing 3 different blends. Have you made your choice? Then all you have to do is bottle it and label your bottle.
