Founded in 1967 by Jeanine and André Chatonnet, this family estate lies at the crossroads of the Lalande de Pomerol, Saint-Émilion and Montagne Saint-Émilion appellations. Over the years, this passion has been passed on to their son Pascal Chatonnet and granddaughter Clarisse, who now manage the family estate. An environmentally friendly estate known as Agro-Synergie.

Located just 10 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux, this property offers a unique setting for your meetings.

Maximum capacity: 10 people in U-shape.

Identical room for seminar and lunch.

A tour and wine tasting are included at the end of your day.

Equipments : Screen, wifi, video-projector, paperboard and touch-screen for projection.

Accommodation : house with 4 double bedrooms (maximum occupancy : 8 people)
