This small independent studio forms part of the outbuildings of a traditional 18th "Girondine" stone house. It offers a living-sleeping area, kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine and small shower room with WC. Entirely separate entrance.

Free parking, air-conditioning, private mezzanine, access to garden and pool.
