Your escape game mission : find the chateau's special cuvée and its oenological secret !

Solve the logical and sensory puzzles to find the code that will unlock the oenological secret.

Then take part in an introductory course in oenology with tasting of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru for adults, syrup for children and fine chocolates.

This experience if  proposed by our partner for groups of 2  people or more.

Wine and chocolates workshop, the secrets of a successful alliance

Isabelle, Paul or Antoine will welcome you to Château Fleur de Lisse where you'll get to know the other participants before heading off to discover the estate,  where we produce organic wines according to biodynamic principles.

From the vineyard to the cellar, the focus is on the stages in the transformation of grapes in wine and their impact on aromas, textures and flavours. You will (re)discover the concepts of terroir, blending and grand crus.

In our tasting room, we invite you to discover the stages in the transformation of cacao bean into chocolate through images and a bean tasting. The parallels with vines and wines are obvious !

Then, taste a range of original and blended chocolates and learn how to describe their aromas, textures and flavours before tasting wines, from white to red. Try pairings, contrasts and balances to find your best chocolate-wine match. Finally, taste Ma¨elig's wonderful creations in perfect harmony with the wines.

Let yourself be surprised by this fun workshop to understand the importance of the shape of the glass in the expression of the wine at Château Rol Valentin - Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé.

During this unique workshop, you will taste wine in the famous RIEDEL wine glasses. You'll learn everything you need to know about wine glasses.

Fun and intuitive with no prior training required, the Segway Giropod and/or e-bikes will allow you to discover Saint-Émilion countryside in a different way, in an activity that's 100 % ecological, 100 % fun and 100 % family-friendly.

This two-hour tour takes you through the scenery of Saint-Émilion, the vineyards of the great Châteaux (Pavie, Ausone, Barde-Haut...) and the hillsides.

Each Segway Giropod ride can be followed by a winery visit and a wine tasting at Château La Renommée.

An unusual interlude : driving through the vineyards in a vintage sidecar. 

An experience not to be missed during your stay in the region ! Embark on an adventure ! Your guide will lead you along narrow paths through vineyards and unforgettable landscapes dotted with famous Châteaux. A photo stop is a must to immortalise this original and 100 % fun experience.

Departure is from the Couvent des Jacobins, in the heart of the village of Saint-Émilion. Your driver/guide will take you along the small roads around the village. The route is not always the same, as each small road can lead to a magnificent estate or a splendid view. So it's good to vary the pleasures !
