Noble and watchful residence built from the 12th century, on the ancient fortifications of the city of Saint-Émilion. These monolithic cellars and its old stone quarries are now used for the ageing of our wines.
During your visits, which are entirely free of charge, you can discover the remains of an old chapel and a grain silo from the Middle Ages.
