20th Rando de Printemps Tizac de Lapouyade 16th March 2025 at 8.00 am Parking du Foyer Municipal 10 or 15km routes suitable for sports enthusiasts and families.

Instructions to read before joining us. Briefing before the free start at 9am. 10 or 15km course with refreshments (bring a drink or €1 for a returnable glass) and an aperitif at the finish. You can join us for lunch:

Starter: Duck marbré with foie gras / Main course: Veal stew and gratin dauphinois / Dessert: Apple crisp

Bread, water, 1 glass of wine, coffee. Remember to bring your cutlery.
