Join the winegrowers on a unique walk through 3 of Saint-Emilion's Grands Crus Classés to discover agroforestry. At Château Cadet-Bon, the first stop, you'll learn about the role of beehives and the use of melliferous fallow land to nourish the soil. The tour continues at Château Dassault, where you can explore the park and its nursery, a veritable reserve of biodiversity. Lastly, Château Petit Faurie de Soutard will explain its approach, based on the interaction between living beings and their habitats, a vineyard run using agro-ecology to combat soil deterioration, in favour of biodiversity and the richness of our terroirs.
The tour will end with a tasting of the three Grands Crus Classés in the glass roof, right next to the kitchen garden.
