Join us and the winegrowers on a unique tour to discover agroforestry through three Saint-Emilion Grands Crus Classés.
At Château Cadet-Bon, our first stop, you will learn about the role of beehives and the use of honeyfall fallow land to nourish the soil. The walk will continue at Clos de l'Oratoire, where hedges, streams, copses, ponds and grassy plots will reveal themselves as key elements of a rich and preserved ecosystem, a veritable reserve of biodiversity. Finally, Château Petit Faurie de Soutard will explain its approach based on the interaction between living beings and their habitats.
The walk will end with a tasting of the three Grands Crus Classés in the glass-roofed room at Château Petit Faurie de Soutard, right next to the vegetable garden.
