Let's celebrate the start of the summer holidays with this not-to-be-missed summer event from 4 to 7 July. Like every year, the town centre will be packed with entertainment for all ages, including rides, shows, concerts, bodegas organised by Coutras associations and the traditional fireworks display.

FRIDAY 5TH JULY
7pm - Opening of the festivities

Try your luck with L'Ultra Pince! A fun fair with a burlesque and festive atmosphere.
9.30pm - Concert by Doolin' - Irish Folk Pop
After coming to Coutras for the first time a few years ago, "the" benchmark group in Irish music is back to delight us with a new programme.
Circus Boy is the story of a journey from the Irish fishing village of Doolin to New York, from Chicago to New Orleans, then on to Dublin, London and Paris. The group has drawn inspiration from its human and musical adventures. The Irish folk of the early days has been blended with Afro-American culture, French chanson and pop music.
SATURDAY 6TH JULY
7pm: Take a stroll through the French Quarter and discover the music of New Orleans. Then it's on to urban music, with rap and DJs producing a cocktail of energy.
9pm - "Elle danse" concert by Almä Mango
This emerging artist on the Bordeaux scene subtly blends rap and song to get her message across: self-acceptance, self-fulfilment and women's rights are all subjects she defends with confidence.
SUNDAY 7 JULY
At 7pm, the Toukan Boukan brass band wander through the streets, squares and nooks and crannies with their warm and festive Caribbean repertoire.
At 9pm, come and enjoy Le grand bal "Un dimanche au bord de l'eau" and dance to "La java bleue". Jacques Brel, Mistinguett and Joe Dassin meet Daft Punk and Amy Winehouse. These music legends will take you on a journey through a guinguette that's retro, modern, joyful and nostalgic all at the same time.
Rock, swing and tango rub shoulders with waltz and java. Double bass, drums, lead guitar and saxophone vigorously support the vocals and accordion in this joyous and convivial jaunt.
At 11pm, enjoy the fireworks on the banks of the Dronne.
