A unique sporting and cultural experience in the heart of the prestigious vineyards of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This unique race combines the pleasure of running with the discovery of the region's exceptional wine-growing heritage.
The race is run by the Rotary Club of Libourne Saint-Emilion and was dreamt up by Jean Aboudaram in 2015.
All the money raised goes to help :
- the treatment of brain diseases, financing equipment and supporting patients,
- as well as all humanitarian projects in line with Rotary International's strategic priorities, such as disease prevention and treatment, maternal and child health, literacy and basic education.
