This easy 17.5km loop is perfect for wine lovers. Starting in Ste-Terre, the route takes you past family-run wineries where you can talk to the winemakers.
The stages
Leave the church of Sainte-Terre by taking the D123 to the left (signposted Château Gueyrosse, EHPAD, campsite).
As you leave the village, turn slightly right onto Rue du Parlement or Circuit des condamines.
After skirting the river and passing through a hamlet, the road goes off to the left. Continue along this road.
Turn left at the junction and continue along this road.
At the crossroads with the D123, continue straight ahead.
Be careful, you will cross the D938, a busy road. Take the opposite turning.
At Gros, turn right at the stop sign and continue straight on towards Saint-Hippolyte.
On your right, you will see the wine storehouse and then the driveway of Château Gaillard. Continue straight ahead.
At the Saint-Hippolyte crossroads, opposite the cross, turn left towards St Laurent-des-Combes.
You arrive at St-Laurent-des-Combes. At the stop sign, cross the D243. Go straight ahead towards Château Pipeau
At the give-way, opposite the car park, turn left and follow the railway line past the old station.
At the stop sign, leave the level crossing on your right and turn left. Continue straight on until you reach the D670.
Be careful, you are crossing a busy road. Go straight ahead towards the Châteaux Beaurang and Clos des Prince.
Go past Château Beaurang, then straight on and take the 2nd turning on the left.
At the crossroads, turn left (2nd road on the left after Château Beaurang).
Pass the road on your left, then the road on your right and continue straight ahead.
At the crossroads with the D243, turn left.
At the next junction, turn right (3.5T sign). Continue until you reach the next main road.
Be careful as you cross the D936. At the stop sign, turn off towards Château Sicard and continue straight on for 2 km.
At the stop sign, turn right into the village and the church of Ste Terre.
