10 minutes from Saint-Emilion, in the hamlet of Roques, discover Château Fleur de Roques: an estate housing a 16th century château, a hotel and a restaurant.
The wine estate has 4 hectares of vines and produces 3 wines from the following grape varieties: Merlot, Sauvignon and Chardonnay. This clay-limestone soil is worked without herbicides or synthetic pesticides.
A visit to the property will take you to the monolithic cellars located 7 metres below the Château. Today, they are used to age the wines, which are harvested by hand before being aged in barrels.
Joseph Sublett, the owner, will be delighted to share his passion for his vines and his wine with you.
