Domaine Baudon is our favourite!
After a trip to New Zealand at the end of our studies, we experimented with different estates in the Saint Emilion region.
In 2021, we fell in love with this small estate of 2.87 hectares, in the Montagne Saint Emilion AOC, on the Parsac hillsides, where nature, the soil, the vines and the trees all come together.
Domaine Baudon was created.
A small estate that we immediately converted to organic farming and where we apply biodynamic practices. We pamper every vine, nourish the soil with cereal and legume seedlings, and work the soil on horseback.
In our small way, we wanted to respect nature as much as possible. We produce 2 cuvées, each named after its own terroir, and each year we add confidential cuvées depending on our inspiration and the vintage.
