Taller de asemblaje
Have you always wanted to know how winemakers make their wine? We're opening the doors of a château to share this know-how with you during a blending workshop in the company of the winemaker and her team.
To begin the workshop, you will take several samples of the year's wine from the barrel and the vat. Then, using a test tube, you create your own blend, with varying degrees of oakiness, to suit your tastes.
Once you've achieved your optimum creation, you label and cap your sample before taking it home ... for a tasting with family and friends!
